STARING AT THE FRIDGE (method)
Five or eight minutes helps understanding. I used to dream about staring twenty minutes but that was probably exaggerated in the dream. Then I went off and rode my bike instead. Still counts as research.
BMX TRACK UPDATE (Billy Bob)
I made a BMX track. Everyone rides it. Except Billy Bob dug up one of the jumps and made a different one — but that was my favourite jump. I am not angry at Billy Bob because he said he was going to do it and I told him he could, but I forgot it was my favourite. He gave me a salami sandwich and I promised I won't be angry. Pinky swear on the sandwich.
STEAM MELTS ICE (connection)
Think about the old steamboat mouse cartoon — the public-domain era one with the boat and the whistle. Steam. Steam melts ice. Frozen. See??? Also: refrigerants are atmosphere. We're breathing it. Information comes in through breath. That is how they get the throw-off into your lungs. I drew a diagram on a napkin and then I ate the napkin by accident (not salami related).
FAVOURITE COLOUR: PURPLE (Brisbane proof)
My favourite colour is purple because of the purple trees everywhere in Brisbane all the time. 365 days a year beautiful. Except the season when they're not flowering — but there are no days when they're not flowering at all. Think about it. I have. For hours. Next to the fridge.
